Staff Ambassador Program

There’s nothing more reassuring than receiving advice from someone you know. A trusted recommendation can make all the difference when taking an important step.

That’s why we invite you to join our 2026 Staff Ambassador Program.

As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a financial reward for every family you refer who successfully enrolls at our school.

  • Staff members must complete the referral form available on this website.
  • This benefit is available only to current staff members with either a permanent or fixed-term employment contract.
  • Staff members may not refer families who have already been in the school's admissions process from 2026 onwards.
  • Referrals of siblings of students already enrolled at any ISP school are not eligible.
  • The referring staff member will receive the reward only if the referred family is admitted, completes enrollment, and the student remains actively enrolled at our school during the 2027 school year.
  • If the referred student joins the school for the 2027 academic year, the bonus will be paid with the June payroll.
  • At the time of enrollment, the referred family must complete the Referral Program form. This is required for the referring staff member to qualify for the reward.
  • The reward is valid only if the referring staff member submits the required information through the referral form before the referred family begins the admissions process.
  • Verbal referrals, referrals made via WhatsApp, or through any channel other than the official referral form will not be accepted.
  • The reward will not be granted if the referring staff member submits the referral after the referred family has already started the admissions process or has already enrolled.
  • To qualify for this reward, the referred family must not have had any previous contact with the Admissions Office before the referral is submitted.
  • Once all the above conditions have been verified, the reward will be granted exclusively to the referring staff member.
  • A one-time taxable bonus of CLP 400,000 for each family you refer who successfully enrolls at CPV Agustinas for the 2027 school year.
