With more than 16 years of experience in education, Carolina trained as an Early Years and Initial Primary Education teacher at the University of Chile, later broadening her professional path with a second qualification as a General Primary teacher. She also holds a Master’s in Educational Management and Leadership, as well as a Diploma in High-Performance Team Management.
Committed to continuous learning, Carolina regularly takes part in courses and workshops that allow her to update and enrich her knowledge, incorporating new strategies and methodologies to support the holistic development of students. Her commitment is to provide meaningful learning experiences, tailored to their needs and to a constantly changing world.
Andrea holds a degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, a Master’s in Educational Guidance, and a Diploma in Classroom Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She is also a School Mediator certified by Alberto Hurtado University and holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Educational Projects from Andrés Bello University.
With more than 15 years of experience in vocational guidance and educational projects, Andrea specialises in the holistic development of students, combining academic rigour with a caring and formative approach.
She believes in an education that balances high expectations with personalised support, providing students with the tools they need to fulfil their potential and build a strong academic pathway.
Her purpose is to continue building a high-quality educational community where knowledge, innovation and values drive learning.
With 13 years of experience in administration, Daniela has demonstrated outstanding skills in managing teams and resources. She also has a strong background in customer service, supported by a range of specialised courses. Daniela stands out for her focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Daniela joined the school in 2015 and is the Academic Director of Middle School. She previously worked at the same school as a History teacher in Primary and Secondary, as well as a learning leader and leader of communities of practice. She holds a degree in History and a teaching qualification from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and has also completed studies in Education, Memory and Human Rights at the University of Chile.
Josefina joined the school in 2012 as a bilingual Early Years teacher. She has held roles across pre-school education and has also served as a learning leader. She is currently the Director of the EYS cycle. Josefina holds an international English certification and a Master’s in Education with a specialisation in Management and Leadership from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
A professional with 40 years of experience, he joined the school in 1983 as General Inspector. Since 1997, Nelson has held the role of Academic Secretary and brings extensive experience in the management of current regulations in education, health and safety, and safeguarding.
He also has strong experience in leadership and teamwork. Since 2022, he has taken on the role of Health and Safety Coordinator, with the aim of helping to create a safe, accident-free environment for teaching, learning and work for staff, students and visitors.
Paulina holds a degree in Business Administration Engineering with a specialisation in Finance. She is a professional with 20 years of experience in educational administration, with expertise in current regulations relating to education, health and safety, and safeguarding, as well as budget planning and control. She also has experience in leadership and teamwork.
Rosa trained as a Spanish Language teacher at UMCE and has completed the Executive Diploma in Management and Strategic Planning at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has also studied the planning and organisation of Technical Pedagogical Units and is qualified as both an educational coach and an ontological coach, among other diplomas and postgraduate qualifications.
With more than 30 years of experience in education, Rosa has held a range of senior leadership roles. Today, she takes on this new challenge with motivation and enthusiasm. In her free time, she enjoys reading, outdoor sports and practising yoga regularly.
Sara is a distinguished educational leader with more than 30 years of experience in academic management and school leadership. She has led educational projects in a range of contexts, focusing on the sustained improvement of academic outcomes, the strengthening of teaching and leadership teams, and enrolment growth through a holistic, long-term approach. She holds Master’s degrees in Quality Educational Management and Family Educational Counselling, and has extensive experience as a principal within high-standard educational networks.
Her leadership is defined by her close connection with school communities, her ability to inspire commitment across teams, and a strong focus on the wellbeing of students and families.
